Terms of Service
Last updated: April 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of xick.tools ("we", "us", "the platform"). By using xick.tools, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. What We Provide
xick.tools is a browser-based toolkit for interacting with the Solana blockchain. Our services include:
- Creating SPL tokens with custom name, symbol, supply, and metadata
- Creating and managing Raydium CPMM liquidity pools
- Burning tokens and LP tokens
- Multi-wallet bundle buying and selling via Jito
- Adding and removing liquidity from existing pools
- Cloning existing token metadata
- Recovering SOL from empty or dust token accounts
We provide the interface and transaction-building logic. All transactions are executed on the Solana blockchain and are signed by your wallet (Phantom). We never have custody of your funds or private keys.
2. Blockchain Transactions Are Irreversible
Every transaction you approve and sign is final. Once confirmed on the Solana blockchain, it cannot be undone, reversed, or modified. This includes token creation, burns, liquidity operations, and bundle trades. Double-check all parameters before signing. We cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses, tokens burned by mistake, or liquidity removed at unfavorable ratios.
3. No Financial or Legal Advice
xick.tools is a technical tool, not a financial service. We do not provide investment advice, token endorsements, price predictions, or legal guidance. Token creation and trading carry significant risks including total loss of funds. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
4. Service Fees
We charge service fees for certain operations (e.g. token creation, pool creation, burns, bundle trades). These fees are clearly displayed before you sign any transaction. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on-chain. Network fees (Solana transaction fees, priority fees, Raydium protocol fees, Jito tips) are separate from our service fees and paid directly to the respective protocols/validators.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your use of our tools complies with all laws in your jurisdiction
- Safeguarding your wallet private keys and seed phrases
- Verifying all transaction details before signing in Phantom
- Understanding the risks of blockchain transactions and DeFi protocols
- Paying any taxes that may apply to your token activities
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use xick.tools to:
- Create tokens intended to defraud, scam, or deceive others
- Violate securities laws or financial regulations
- Infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property of others
- Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or insider trading
- Launder money or finance illegal activities
- Attack, exploit, or interfere with our infrastructure
We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these Terms.
7. Wallet Security
We never ask for, store, or have access to your wallet private keys or seed phrases. All signing happens locally in your Phantom wallet. The only exception is bundle trading, where you import private keys for your bundle wallets — these are processed in-memory on our server for transaction building and are not stored permanently. You should only use dedicated bundle wallets with limited funds.
8. Limitation of Liability
xick.tools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Financial losses from token trading, liquidity provision, or any blockchain activity
- Transaction failures, timeouts, or unexpected behavior due to Solana network congestion
- Losses caused by bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in Solana, Raydium, Jito, or Phantom
- Tokens losing value, pools being drained, or smart contract exploits
- Service downtime or interruptions
Our total liability is limited to the service fees you paid for the specific transaction in question.
9. Third-Party Services
xick.tools interacts with third-party services including Solana blockchain (via Helius RPC), Raydium CPMM protocol, Jito block engine, Phantom wallet, and Pinata IPFS. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or behavior of these services. Each has its own terms and policies.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of xick.tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Restricted Jurisdictions
xick.tools is not available to users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency activities, token creation, or related services are prohibited or restricted by law. By using xick.tools, you confirm that you are not located in, incorporated in, or a citizen or resident of any of the following:
